Surface Vibrator
|
This is used in building construction to compact concrete.
Features:
• High frequency vibration allows the efficient compaction of low slump concrete mixes. Compaction improves the strength and finish of concrete by driving out entrapped air.
• The epicyclic design of the model VP vibrator range generates high frequency vibration from a low flexshaft speed. The rotor generating the vibration is supported by a single self aligning bearing and executes a pendulum motion. Vibration is greatest at the nose of the vibrator head.
• The low speed of both the flexible shaft and vibrator rotor results in longer service life.
• For effective vibration, use the largest diameter vibrator head that the job will accommodate.
